I am a yoga teacher for everyone, and birth journey practitioner through pregnancy yoga, birth preparation and hypnobirthing. I work with women at all stages of the birth journey from pre-natal preparation through to post-natal fitness. I am also qualified to teach yoga to children.
Yoga for Kids
Yoga for Kids classes start on September 6th 2018. Kids love yoga and are naturals! Classes for 5-9 year olds on Monday 4.30pm-5.15pm and Thursday 9-12 year olds 5pm-5.45pm. Kim trained with Yogabeez in 2017.

Outdoor Post-Natal Fitness for Mums
This class incorporates cardio, strengthening and toning with lots of power walking. We especially target areas which have weakened during pregnancy and childbirth with emphasis on good posture, breathing and nutrition.

Have you had a baby in the last year? Then this is the class for you. Whether you had a natural delivery or C-section this is a whole body approach to healing and recovery.

I started outdoor fitness when my son was 8 weeks old. Him being my 3rd child I knew it was important to get out of the house and socialise as well as improve my fitness.
Having previously had Post Natal Depression with my 2nd, exercise was a big element to my recovery so I was keen to find something asap this time around.
Kim is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and there is no pressure to push yourself before you are ready.
Having someone guide you in safe exercises is reassuring .
I have diastasis recti where the tummy muscles have become “unzipped” Kim gave me the support and knowledge to know what exercises were safe to do and now being 14 months post natal there is good improvement. We have made friends and I feel much more confident in my postnatal body.
