I am a Yoga and Pilates teacher based in Dorset and online.  Apart from my general population classes, I work with women at all stages of the birth journey from pre-natal preparation through to post-natal fitness.  I offer Menopause Yoga workshops, Yoga for Cancer and Pelvic Health tuition.

Menopause Yoga

Menopause Yoga supports women who are going through the menopause by holding  group workshops. These include: Especially adapted Yoga practices with breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercises.

Birth Preparation Workshop

I started outdoor fitness when my son was 8 weeks old. Him being my 3rd child I knew it was important to get out of the house and socialise as well as improve my fitness.

Having previously had Post Natal Depression with my 2nd, exercise was a big element to my recovery so I was keen to find something asap this time around.

Kim is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable and there is no pressure to push yourself before you are ready.

Having someone guide you in safe exercises is reassuring .

I have diastasis recti where the tummy muscles have become “unzipped” Kim gave me the support and knowledge to know what exercises were safe to do and now being 14 months post natal there is good improvement. We have made friends and I feel much more confident in my postnatal body.
