Outdoor Fitness for Mums is the ideal outdoor post-natal fitness class for new mums and beyond.
This class incorporates cardio, strengthening and toning with lots of power walking. We especially target areas which have weakened during pregnancy and childbirth with emphasis on good posture, breathing and nutrition.
It is a great way to get out in the fresh air, socialise and meet new friends with no need for childcare!
