Kim has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. She qualified with Yoga Alliance in 2002 at Yoga Arts, Byron Bay, Australia then took further training at Frog Lotus Yoga in Massachusetts U.S.A. while working as a post natal doula/maternity nurse and having her son.
She qualified in baby yoga with Birthlight and the British Wheel of Yoga pregnancy yoga module.
Kim is a qualified fitness instructor and specialises in post natal exercise, completing the ‘Fit to Deliver’ programme, is a level 3 pre and postnatal level instructor and teaches outdoor fitness for Mums and recently her new postnatal pelvic floor and core recovery class at the yoga studio in Dorchester. http://www.dorchesteryoga.co.uk
She also offers general yoga classes in the Dorchester area doing 1-1 and group settings.
She is also a Natal Hypnotherapy practitioner offering 1-1 and group workshops.
